Phone Call / phone_call
Measures when a user calls a tracked number - usually the result of using call tracking platforms like CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics, or other similar tools.
These events are always sent via a backend (server-to-server) process. As a result, you would need to catch a webhook (if the platform provides that capability) or use a native integration with a martech/adtech platform provided by the 3rd party.
This event name will likely vary on a platform-by-platform basis. The chosen name has been left generic as a guideline. As such you will not find specific property definitions listed here.
